Colleen Mae (born on November 21 the 21st of November, 1986) is an American comedian. She is also an actress, YouTuber and singer. She is well-known for her Internet character Miranda Sings, posting videos of the character on YouTube and performing her one-woman comedy show at theatres around the world, and producing and starring in a Netflix original show called Haters Back Off (2016-2017) about the character. Ballinger created the fun eccentric, egotistical and talentless character to laugh at the many YouTube videos of singers who sing poorly in an attempt to gain entry into the show industry. Together her channels on YouTube have garnered more than 5 billion views. Miranda Sings' channel has more followers than 10 million, with over 13 million TikTok followers, and 6,000,000 Instagram followers.
